Our products are supplied from a DEFRA approved manufacturer, and we are proud to be offering products that optimize our furry clients health, including top of the range supplements, fertility supplements and much more. All of our products are grain free, gluten free, and additives free, all made from completely natural produce. Each box of raw pet food contains 17 or 34 454g chubs and are delivered frozen.

Our passion for animals reflects through the products we are bringing to you.   • How do we deliver?

    You have the option to collect from us 24 hours after placing your order if placed before 1pm and no collection on Sundays. Collection details are sent with order confirmation. We offer weekly deliveries on Tuesdays (Leicestershire, Derbyshire and surrounding areas, and Fridays we will be covering Staffordshire, Warwickshire, and surrounding areas. Deliveries outside of the midlands will have a delivery charge. Delivery orders must be placed 72 hours before delivery date and a minimum order applies.

  • Making payments, Refunds, and Complaints

    There are no returns, however if you recieve the wrong product you must notify us within 24 hours so we can correct this. The product seal must not be broken. Payments must all be made via the payment system on the website. In the event of a complaint needing to be raised, we take this very seriously and will investigate thoroughly.   • Can i buy single chubs? And how do I know which is the right supplement for me?

    Unfortunately you cannot buy single chubs from us, however we do offer variety boxes containing either 17 or 34 chubs which come with different flavours if you are wishing to mix it up a bit.
